Life on Purpose

How do you live your life more deliberately? What can you do to bring more meaning and purpose into your life? How does that affect your health, happiness, and well-being? If you're asking those questions, you're in the right place! http://www.lifeonpurposeshow.com Life on Purpose presents in-depth conversations with entrepreneurs, creatives, seekers, and thought leaders from around the world. In each episode, we'll discuss how those guests are being purposeful with various aspects as their lives- whether in their daily habits, work and running a business, relationships, health, travel, money, or just how they move through their day. My goal is to offer inspiration and concrete examples that listeners can apply to their own lives. Life on Purpose, which was featured in iTunes' New & Noteworthy listings in January/February 2015, is the latest creation from Gregory Berg, producer/host of the acclaimed Radio Enso, which aired nearly 150 in-depth conversations from 2011-2014 and also has a five-star rating on iTunes. Through the years, Greg had been fortunate enough to interview an amazing array of inspirational people whose life work revolves around helping others answer those very questions — creatives, academics, and visionaries like Brene Brown, Dr. Bernie Siegel, Barbara Marx Hubbard, Jennifer Louden, Jonathan Fields, Danielle LaPorte, Chris Guillebeau, Susan Piver, Chris Brogan and MANY more.

For Life on Purpose Episode #63, my guest is author, actor, teacher, and creativity/productivity specialist Samantha Bennett, who has counseled thousands of artists in all disciplines on their way to success.

Sam is the creator of The Organized Artist Company – a multi-six figure business she has built by hand, from scratch. Her previous book, the bestselling “Get It Done: From Procrastination to Creative Genius in 15 Minutes a Day” received rave reviews, including Seth Godin, who called it, "An instant classic."

Sam joined me for a high-energy chat about her new book Start Right Where You Are: How Little Changes Can Make a Big Difference for Overwhelmed Procrastinators, Frustrated Overachievers, and Recovering Perfectionists (New World Library), which is based on the premise that small shifts in the right direction can yield big results in the realization of our creative dreams.

Start Right Where You Are offers 66 small, doable changes that will help readers:

• Complete projects that are dear to their hearts

• Change their relationship with their bodies and improve their physical health

• Transform their relationships with people who are important to them

• Get their work out in the world
